The Dreamweavers Fantasy Ball invites you to an enchanting evening where the realms of the Dreamweaver Fae and their mystical courts come to life. Inspired by fae courts, magic, and romantasy, this immersive experience promises an unforgettable night of dance, music, and mystery.

Align with one of our four courts—Dreamweaver, Emberveil, Mistbourne, or Wildwood—or come as your favorite character from beloved books. Throughout the evening, captivating performances and magical encounters will transport you to a world of fantasy.

As the night unfolds, the tale of the Lost Heir of the Dreamweaver Court stirs. One guest will be crowned the Lost Heir, stepping into a role written in magic and myth.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is a 21+ event. All guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID at check-in by the date of the ball. If VIP, must be 21 by November 7th to attend the welcome event.

  • Fantasy-inspired formal attire is required. Think: elegant gowns, regal cloaks, crowns, horns, or other magical accessories. Draw inspiration from your favorite fae courts, romantasy stories, or mythic realms. Guests are encouraged to dress as if they've stepped out of a magical tale. No casual or street attire.

  • While masks are welcome if they complement your fantasy look, this is not a masquerade-themed event.

  • The Dreamweavers Fantasy Ball will be held at The Castle, located at:
    501 Prospect St, Beloit, WI 53511
    This historic venue is a former church transformed into a grand castle-like space—perfect for an enchanted evening.

  • Each ticket includes admission to the Dreamweavers Fantasy Ball, immersive performances by our fae court characters, live music, DJ entertainment, a dance tutorial experience, passed hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and more. VIP tickets include additional perks-see above.

  • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another attendee with prior written approval.

  • Your safety is a top priority. Professional security personnel will be on-site throughout the event to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. We want to keep the magic safe and respectful for everyone.

  • Yes! Enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres and beverages throughout the evening. General Admission includes 2 drink tickets and VIP will have access to an Open Bar for the first 3 hours. Beyond that it will be a cash bar.

  • Yes! We are currently working with local hotels to arrange special room blocks for Dreamweavers guests. Once we have that sorted we will have this updated.
